Glenn works at a big six entertainment studio as a Program Manager where he helps the studio achieve their strategic goals through implementing a streamlined, enterprise-wide, technology program portfolio management delivery process.

Glenn is a creative and resourceful leader with extensive Program/Product/Solution Management experience, building a legacy of business transformation/process/system improvement, best practices, and standards.

Glenn is a problem solver and people person at heart, embracing each day and it’s unique challenges. His wife, and two children are living the dream in sunny Southern California.

Joy H. Fang

Chief Creative Strategist
(aka happiness engineer and master planning ninja to beautify, develop, support, grow, execute and sustain our guild)

Joy is a microbiologist-turned-graphic designer-turned-project manager passionate about learning, creating, exploring and surrounding herself with game-changing people. She is an experienced Agile practitioner and wrangler of managing complex projects with wisdom in delivering enterprise strategic and tactical goals. 

As a program manager, she oversees roadmap planning and monitoring of project portfolio for platform, data services, infrastructure and data warehousing with c-suite executives, product management and engineering teams, meanwhile ensuring milestone commitments. 

Total lifeaholic and travel lover, Joy is a Skittle eating, rainbow pooping, glitter sparkling unicorn fanatic.

Lauren L. Bond-Douville

Director, Fun Times and Socializing
(aka events and networking guru)

Lauren has worked in the Entertainment industry for over 10 years in both production and at the corporate studio levels.   In recent years she has been working along side project managers, so she decided to dive in!  While working in project management by day, by night, Lauren has worked in Event Planning with studios and non-profit organizations.  

As a program manager, Lauren has work with her team on roadmap planning, IT integration projects, and cross-company program efforts

Lauren is a newly married, and enjoys taking #TeamLamaAventures with her husband Matt in their convertible car in SoCal.
